LED Floating Lotus Candles

Water and light together is the oldest trick in Indian festival decor — an urli of floating flowers and diyas at the entrance, and the whole doorway changes. The problem is wax: it melts across the surface, the flames drown, and you're refilling every hour.

These float and don't drown. Twelve lotus-cupped LED candles that sit on the surface of a brass urli, a bucket, or the terrace pool and glow steadily all evening.

Use it for

• An urli at the entrance for Diwali, Onam or a wedding at home
• Terrace and balcony water features during the festival season
