Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. Check that email first — including your spam and Promotions folders, which is where it usually ends up.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after dispatch. A link that says "no information available" on day one is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

The usual timeline

Day 0–2 — order confirmed and dispatched
Day 2–8 — in transit, then out for delivery
Remote pincodes, the North East and island territories take a few days longer

The courier called and I missed it

Indian couriers almost always call before delivering. If you miss the call they will usually try again the next day. If two attempts fail the parcel comes back to us, so it is worth calling the number back the same day.

Tracking hasn't moved in days

Parcels sometimes sit at a sorting hub, particularly around Diwali and Navratri. If there has been no movement for 4 working days, email us and we will chase the courier directly.
