Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Everything on Devghar is dispatched from within the country — no customs, no international waits.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being confirmed. Delivery usually takes 4–8 working days from dispatch. Remote pincodes, the North East, and island territories can take a few days longer.

During Diwali, Navratri and Ganesh Chaturthi, courier networks slow down across the country. If you are ordering for a specific date, please order at least two weeks ahead.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹999
• ₹49 flat on orders below ₹999

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across our range.

On COD orders you pay a 20% advance online when you place the order, and the remaining 80% in cash to the delivery agent. The advance confirms the order and covers our packing and shipping cost.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Address and phone number

Please check your address and mobile number at checkout. Indian couriers call before delivery, and an unreachable number is the single most common reason a parcel comes back to us. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is yours.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel or change an order any time before it is dispatched — email us with your order number. Once it has left, it is with the courier and we cannot recall it.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, email ShopDevghar@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the courier and sort it out.
