Before you write

If it's about an order, include your order number. It's in your confirmation email and it saves us both a round of messages.

If something arrived damaged or wrong, attach photos of the item and the outer packaging. With photos we can usually resolve it in one reply instead of four.

Response times

We reply within 24 hours on working days. Around Diwali, Navratri and Ganesh Chaturthi it can stretch to two days — we are a small team and that is our busiest stretch of the year.
