These terms apply to everything you buy from Devghar. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Devghar is an online store selling pooja, deity and festival items to customers in India. We are based in Maharashtra, India, and all our business is conducted in Indian Rupees. You can reach us at ShopDevghar@gmail.com.

Prices and payment

All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders

An order is a request to buy, and it is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your pincode. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything you have paid.

Cash on delivery and the advance

On cash on delivery orders you pay 20% online at checkout and the balance in cash on delivery. The advance confirms your order and covers packing and shipping. If you refuse the delivery without a valid reason, that advance is not refunded. Our return policy sets out the full detail. We may withdraw the cash on delivery option for particular orders, products or pincodes.

Products and images

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and handcrafted and hand-painted pieces vary slightly from one to the next — shade, finish and pattern will not be identical to the photograph. Sizes given are approximate.

Items sold here are decorative and devotional goods. Electrical items should be used as described and kept away from water. Diyas, dhoop and camphor involve flame or heat — use them sensibly and never leave them burning unattended.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and phone number you give us, and for keeping your account details secure.

Intellectual property

The Devghar name, the text on this site and our page designs belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
